Problem

Running multiple products as a small team means context, decisions, and quality controls scatter across tools and memory. The work that scales is the operating system around the building — and most of it lives in someone’s head.

Solution

A file-backed, audited loop: plan → build → review → validate → record. Routing decides the cheapest capable model for each step; every cycle leaves a schema-valid audit event; validation gates catch regressions before they ship. The OS develops itself through its own loop.

Current Status

Internal platform, in daily use. The autonomy primitives, measurement spine, and self-improvement loop are live; it builds and hardens itself cycle by cycle.

Future Vision

A reusable substrate for building software studios — the difference between shipping one product and being able to ship many, reliably.
